Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to have access to a tennis court for mobile coaching?
Yes — for home coaching, you’ll need access to a private court (at your home, building, or local facility where private coaching is permitted). If you don’t have a court, you can still join us at our venues in South Coogee and North Sydney.
2. What equipment do I need?
We provide training equipment (cones, resistance bands, balls, etc.), but players should bring their own racquet, water bottle, and appropriate sportswear. If you don’t have a racquet you can borrow one from us. If you’d like help choosing a racquet, just ask your coach.
3. Can I book for more than one player?
Yes- lessons can be private (1:1) or shared (2–4 players). Group sessions are great for families or friends, but please note the session cost may vary depending on the number of players.
4. What ages/levels do you coach?
We coach all ages, from young beginners through to competitive juniors and adults. Sessions are tailored to the player’s skill level, goals, and needs.
5. How long is each lesson?
Lessons are between 60 and 120 minutes (depending on what you select)- families can split our 120 minute lessons
6. How do cancellations work?
We understand that plans can change, but to keep our scheduling and coaching fair for everyone, we adhere to the following:
Notice Period: All cancellation notices must be sent directly to our official WhatsApp.
Private Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a session credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Semi-Private & Squads: As these are booked as a block or term, no credits or refunds are provided for absences due to illness, travel, or school commitments. A semi-private will only be credited if all participants cancel with 24 hours' notice.
Expiry: All credits remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
7. What happens if it rains?
If your court is unplayable due to rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll reschedule your lesson or issue a credit. Please note the final decision on weather and safety rests with the coach. If a session is more than 50% completed before rain starts, it is considered a full session.

16. Can you connect me to an Italian academy?
Yes- this is a service we offer. Through our network in Italy, we can help connect players with academies for short- or long-term training opportunities.
17. Why are Squads and Semi-Privates charged on a full-term basis?
To maintain the high-performance environment our players expect, we operate on a "Reserved Spot" model rather than a "Pay-As-You-Go" system. Here is why:
Vetted Placement: Our squads are curated by skill level to ensure players are always challenged. Because every student is assessed before placement, a vacant spot cannot simply be filled by a random player on short notice.
Guaranteed Ratios: We intentionally keep our player-to-coach ratios low. Charging by the term ensures we can keep these groups small and focused, rather than over-enrolling to account for potential absences.
Consistency for the Group: High-level training requires consistent hitting partners. Term-based commitment ensures that the squad remains stable, allowing the coach to plan a progressive curriculum for the entire term.
Fixed Costs: When you enrol, we commit a specific coach and court to the player for the entire term. This spot is hers regardless of attendance, which is why we are unable to offer credits for individual missed sessions.
18.WHERE ARE YOUR ON-SITE VENUES LOCATED?
We are currently operating at Little Alfred Tennis Centre in North Sydney, and Latham Park Tennis Center in South Coogee.
